The use of simulation in nursing education is expanding each year. In addition to learning the mechanics of how to work the simulation equipment, educators are faced with the difficulties of integrating simulation into their curriculum, using simulation for clinical remediation and interdisciplinary team work while building faculty collaboration. This panel discussion includes four simulation experts who have developed creative ways of meeting these challenges in their schools of nursing.
