Exhibit Set-up and Display
Set up on Thursday, August 3rd afternoon from 4:30-6:30PM or Friday, August 4th at 6:00AM. Exhibits will be open Friday, August 4th and Saturday, August 5th beginning at 7:00 AM each morning and concluding after the mid-afternoon break each day.Posters are to be 3' x 3.5'. It will be important that your poster is this size, so all accepted posters can be displayed. We will provide posterboard stands for display. Please bring pushpins or clips to affix your poster to the stand. Also, please register for the conference. Poster acceptance may be contingent on paid registration.
Shipping to Hotel
If you need to ship materials to the hotel prior to the conference, please send them to this address. Please note: Any package shipped to the hotel will be charged $15.00 per package.

Special room rate of $126 for a single/double room + 14.28% tax/night. A block of rooms has been reserved under Nuts & Bolts for Nurse Educators until July 2nd.
