David Perlman, PhD

David is the president and founder of E4 - Eclipse Ethics Education Enterprises, LLC (www.e-four.org), which provides ethics education services to clients at health-related organizations through the use of interactive, case-based technology called Crucial ChoicesTM. In addition, David is currently a senior lecturer in the School of Nursing and an associate at the Center for Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania. David received his Ph.D. in philosophy--specializing in medical ethics--from the University of Tennessee in 2000, his master's degree in philosophy from Georgia State University in 1993, and his bachelor of science degree in biology, philosophy, and classics (honors graduate) from Emory University in 1992.
